When the the Fr. Burke's and Sedupe's were there, highest level of descipline was the order of the day. The time is now ripe for the Catholic Church take over the administration of their schools. I believe with the right people at the helm of affairs, the great Pojoss will reclaim it position. The current crop of leaders are not ready for the task ahead and they must be told in plain simple terms. We the old student are also not helping the school to maintain it position. We all must forge ahead to ensure that we help our great school takes it rightful position in academic excellence.
SU in POJOSS has been the spiritual bedrock that holds the discipline of the school in place. For some of us, SU has always being the reason why we enjoyed our days in POJOSS. Not only that, but we saw the great impact SU made in POJOSS. I remember, after the demo in 1997, some SU leaders played a very important role in settling the scores that existed between the students and the school authorities. If POJOSS wants to see the discipline and determination that existed in years past, they should obviously allow SU to gain more roots in the school. Long live SU, long live POJOSS.
