Invite people to Ghana Schools

The most direct way to get people to join Ghana Schools Network is to invite them! Just sign in to Ghana Schools Network and go to the Invite tab to invite your friends. You can invite people to join Ghana Schools Network by manually typing in their email addresses, or you can import your contacts from an address book stored with your email provider or on your computer.

Image

There are three options for inviting your friends from the Invite page. Click on the blue triangles to expand or collapse the invitation options.

Import from Web Address Book: Just type in the address and the password for an email account on AOL Mail, Gmail, Yahoo! Mail or Hotmail — you'll immediately be able to invite any of your contacts to Ghana Schools Network.

Enter Email Addresses: If you have a particular set of email addresses that you want to send invitations to, you can enter these email addresses manually in this section. Enter multiple email addresses into the "Send To" field.

Import from Address Book Application: You can also upload a .vcf or .csv contact file from services like Microsoft Outlook or Apple Address book. You'll be able to invite any contacts that you've stored here to Ghana Schools Network.

If your invitations aren't being delivered by using the Invite tab, then you may want to ask the members you've invited to check their spam folders. Have your friends set their spam filters so that emails from ghanaschoolsnet.com can reach their inboxes.

View your alerts

Alerts are messages sent to you by Apps you or your friends have added. Just like with messages, you can only receive alerts from your friends.

You can view your alerts by signing in to a Ghana Schools Network, and clicking on the "Alerts" link in the upper right. You'll be taken to the "Alerts" tab in your Message Center, which will display your Alerts once you receive them:
